The house is 125 m² and is on three levels with the main entrance, kitchen, dining room and lounge on the first floor. The master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the second floor. In the basement or ground floor are two single bedrooms, one double bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together, a family bathroom, small lounge area and access to the outside patio BBQ area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/stove, microwave and fridge freezer. There Is a washing machine located in the main bathroom. In the lounge there is a television [local channels] DVD player and wireless Internet facility.
